Appointment Policies

I embrace a thoughtful approach to my appointment policies, recognizing their significance in fostering a seamless experience for all.

Upholding these guidelines ensures that each client receives the undivided attention they deserve, fostering efficiency and preserving my commitment to professionalism.

Your cooperation with these policies is deeply appreciated as it allows me to prioritize the satisfaction of every client that enters Skin Sanctuary.

Booking :

All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file for appointment bookings. Appointments will not be accepted without a valid credit card on file. 

Cancelation & Re-scheduling :

24-hour advance noticed is required when canceling or re-scheduling an appointment. If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance your canceled or rescheduled appointment will be considered a late cancellation and the full amount of the service booked will be charged to your card on file. 

Late Arrival :

If you arrive late, it is possible your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointments booked after you. Depending on your arrival time, I will determine and communicate with you the time left available. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, the full amount of the treatment booked will be charged. If you decide to forgo your treatment due to lack of time available, it will be considered a late cancellation and 50% of the scheduled treatment will be charged. Please plan accordingly and contact me if you feel you are going to be late so I can best accommodate you.

No Show :

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please call or text me. Those who do not show up to their appointment, without notice, will be considered a “no-show.” 90% of the service booked will be charged.

Illness :

I am working hard to keep you and myself safe and healthy. I ask that you please stay home and reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.

Packages :

Pre-paid packages of 3 must be used within 3 months from the date purchased. Pre-paid packages of 6 must be used within 6 months from the date purchased. Pre-paid packages of 12 must be used within 12 months of the date purchased. Pre-paid packages cannot be mixed and matched with other services. They cannot be combined with any other sale or offer. No cash or credit refunds. If your package expires before you have used all 3, 6 or 12 of your pre-paid services, you forgo the use of the remaining services within your package and any refund on unused services.

Refunds :

All service sales, retail sales, and gift cards are final sale. All packages, pre-pay, auto-pay are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other offers. I do not offer cash back refunds for packages, pre-pay, auto-pay, or gift cards.
